This workshop combines natural childbirth education and bellydance. You will learn to:
-increase your chances of a natural birth and avoid cesarean section
-choose your healthcare provider
-hire a doula
-write a birth plan
-practice bellydance moves that benefit pregnancy, birth and postpartum
-be a stronger, sexier woman and make new friends!
A henna party with birth videos follows (potluck?)
Please dress comfortably and bring floor pillows and birth ball if desired. You can bring you own henna or you can buy a tube for $5.00
